Just spoke with WD technical support that is confirm there is a issue on latest El Capitan. Hope others can wait till the issue solve before buying it. In the mean time I’m able to use it using Finder and unable to uses Dashboard or iPhone.

You are unable to access the dashboard of the unit even by putting the ip address on your browser ? When you say you are not able to access with your phone, you mean with the mobile application?

Surprisingly… After update both Mac and IOS latest firmware I’m able to sync using my iPhone 6 Plus but sadly not my iMac.
