Cant access Dashboard

Hi , just bought 4TB Mirror and Im running latest El Capitan … I only can access thru finder but not Dashboard . Anyone have this problem.

Are you trying to access the drive using the name of the unit or the IP?

Hello,

The IP might have changed if it was set to DHCP. try using the name of the drive.
( wdmycloudmirror.local )

Same thing… The system prompt me username and password but i just login it but came the same… Even i reset it dosent make different… The only thing i can access is thru finder.
