Is there any update for El Capitan issues

Just bought 4TB , got issues with new update for El Capitan. My network seem cant detect My Cloud or register it… Pls advice

Try upgrading Mac OSX El Capitan to 10.2.11 or higher.

OS X El Capitan 10.11.2 is now available through the Mac App Store
