I have run the complete drive test 2 times and it has failed 2 times. what do i do to fix the problem?

It seems that the drive is not working fine. If you have data on the drive, recover it.
Are you able to access the drive and the files on it ?
Peter g thanks for responding to my problem. I rebooted my computer
and the complete scan got to 90% last night and then stopped. So I am
going to stay with it today as it tries to go to 100% today. It is
running now and I will see if it goes to 100% and will let you know
as soon as I know.
