I have a 10TB My Book external hard drive that I no longer can access. Using WD Drive Utilities the Drive is however visible. I have run the Drive Status Check and this passed. I then ran the Quick Drive Test and this also passed. However, when I try and run the Complete Drive Test this only goes up to 10% and then fails. I cannot afford to re-format the disk as I will lose the data. Can anyone help at all?
