I’ve had the MyCloud Duo for some time now, and have now & again had issues accessing it from my MacBook, though I have always been able to access it - and still can - from the web. Now it is not available on the network - though the “Public” folder and “Time Machine Backup” folders are, “My*****Cloud” folder isn’t. When I set it up, the only connection I could get to work was Direct, not Local. Can I reinstall the device? It is vital that I don’t lose any data.

@Bloo I’m experiencing the same issue and was wondering if it might be related to my Virgin Media router. Could that be causing the problem?
