DTS 5.1 without audio receiver?

Hi,

I’d like to know if the WD TV Live and the WD TV 2nd gen are both capable of playing DTS 5.1 from an MKV file without having to use an audio receiver (straight to the TV)?

The Live does not decode DTS 5.1 (only passes it through).
