Drive RMA return not being processed

WD site says received August 25th and that it’s being processed. Three months and no turn around?
Who can I contact?

Roll over and go back to sleep, WD is backlogged with a long lineup

I wouldn’t expect this from a major corporation and doesn’t seem to be a supply issue as they seem to be available.

I agree but supply problems affect a lot of operations more widely than most realize

I’m running into the same issue, sent my drive in mid-September, they didn’t mark it as received until mid-October. And it has sat in “Received / Processing” since then :frowning:

My “major corporation” slight above was a hope to be noticed. Did it work? Received my replacement recertified drive yesterday.
