Drive Failed

Hello guys,
I have WDMYcloudEX410 and i received errors Drive failed in Bay 4. Replace the failed drive. Contact WD Support.

These bays are empty. Do anyone have any idea of this?

Are you using only one drive (in Bay 1) in EX4100?

I am having the same error, there is a drive in bay1&2
