You should contact WD Technical Support and ask for replacement under warranty period rather than contacting for repair of EX4.
Long time out of warranty, I’ve had this over 3 years.
I have similar issue, I have a “Drive Failded in Bay 4” i swaped the HDD between bays and always bay 4 complians with a stedy red light.
Any solution to revive bay 4
