Drive Failed error 201

Hello guys,
I have WDMYcloudEX410 and i received errors Drive failed in Bay 4. Replace the failed drive. Contact WD Support.

These bays are empty. Do anyone have any idea of this?

If you have an EX 4100 you may wan to see the dedicated EX series subforum where people more familiar with the EX 4100 may be able to assist. And where one can search (magnifying glass icon upper right) for past discussions.

Generally this subforum, My Cloud, is for the single bay My Cloud units which are different than the EX series.
