Download folders or multiple files from my cloudhome

Hi,
I tried to download multiple files or folders from the mycloud home to window pc, but I do not found the way.
From the web app I can to download a single file, but not a folder or multiple selection of files. What’s wrong?

Thanks so much for the manual.
Despite is not help because is OUT of date, ( f.ex at pag 10 it show of get a desktop app, but this do not exist anymore), it could be useful for install again the device.

Anyone have a useful hint to download folder?

Are you sure you have a My Cloud Home? Could your device be this?

If it’s this and has OS 5 then it is a second generation WDMYCLOUD. Questions about this device should be posted using this link.

No, actually I’ve a My Cloud Home device.
I have a My Cloud too, …retired!

The My Cloud Home web app only allows downloading single files, not entire folders or multiple files at once. To download multiple files or folders, use the WD Discovery app or map the drive to your PC via File Explorer for easier access.
