Hallo every body, to solve my problem to access the Dashboard (here the topic WD My Cloud EX4 - CANNOT acces to the Dashboard) can I relaunch the setup?
Of course, I’m scared to loose my data stored on the disk! Does the Setup erases the data on the disk?

What error do you get when you try to access the dashboard on the computer? Also try to see if on another computer you can access the dashboard, also if your mac has a ethernet port, you can try to connect the unit directly to see if this way you are able to access the dashboard.
