I use VLC to play back videos I open. The Mycloud OS5 app is so limited in the number of video types it supports, VLC can play pretty much all of the formats by selecting “open in” and picking VLC. Lately it frequently happens that when I select VLC I get a notification saying location (file location) cannot be found. Even if I select my phone’s default video app, I get a “no connection to network” notification, but if the file type is supported by the OS5 app’s built in video player, the video plays just fine. This problem comes and goes as it pleases. Does anybody know why this might be?
