I’m not getting any answer for the cases i opened via email, which is extremely depressing.
This product has given me grief from day 1 and i really would expect the company to support their product. It’s a shame.
The issue I’m having at this point is that Twonky keeps trying to scan the shared folder and never reaches the end.
Basically, I can’t use the device for streaming at all.
I tried to send the report from the UI and that didn’t work either.
I am using the latest firmware.
I am very disappointed with WD and this product right now.
