Data Lifeguard Diagnostics

I have run DLGDIAG for Windows. It lists some of my WD drives in the top half of the result window where they can be accessed for testing, but many others are listed in the bottom half of the result window for which there is no access for testing. How do I get them listed in the top half?

Hello,

If the drive is not showing on the top part of the DLG, seems to be that the software is not detecting the drive properly.

You may try conecting the drive to a different USB ports. If is a desktop computer, make sure to use the back USB ports of the computer.

Thanks for the suggestion.

In the meantime, I’ve re-attached the screenshot. As you’ll see many drives are not shown in the bottom half.
