Credetials problem

Hi.
Today i faced strange problem.
WD EX2 Ultra sharing for local network (windows 10) worked well till power was gone for about 4 hours.
Becasue DHCP was used, network address was changed after that.
DHCP now is disabled, static ip used.
Problem:
I can connect to my shared resource in WD ONLY IF I CHANGE SHARE PROFILE to PUBLIC.
But, if profile is NOT PUBLIC - i can not connect to this with Windows 10.
Even i tried to change many times password in WD - nothing. Access is denied.
I am stuck for now.

Can somebody help me with that?

BR.

Sounds like a windows credential manager problem.

Go into credential manager, and delete the reference to the mycloud (although. . .I think this works more with IP address than name)

Tried …
No effects…
:frowning:

Did the PC switch from “private” (Home) to “public” network by chance?

“Public” setting for network also opens only “Public” share profile in WD…

Do not understand what is happend…

Try “private” network.

Thank You.
Reason was somewhere in wd settings.
Resetting configuration to default and
correct setup from the begin - problem solved.
Now all things, windows loging, cloud, dlna - all functioning correctly.
