Hello there,
I have been facing with my My Cloud Home device. Ever since the most recent firmware update, I have been having trouble accessing my device remotely. Previously; everything was working flawlessly; and I could easily access my files from both my desktop and mobile devices while on the go.
Although; after the update; I am either getting a connection timeout or an error message that says; Unable to connect to device whenever I try to connect remotely.
The device is connected to my home network; and I can still access it locally without any problems.
I have already tried restarting both the My Cloud Home device and my router multiple times.
Remote access is enabled in the settings, and I have not changed anything related to the network configuration prior to this issue.
Also; I have gone through this post; http://community.wd.com/t/os3-my-cloud-wd-remote-access-no-longer-available-after-april-aws-devops/ which definitely helped me out a lot.
Has anyone else encountered this issue after the recent update? If so; I would greatly appreciate any advice or troubleshooting tips to get my remote access back up and running.
