Copying folders only results in folders & subfolders

Hello all
I just tried connecting and copying files to my EX2 Ultra on Windows 10 but I’m only seeing folder and subfolders without the actual files

I just bought from WD directly and unclear how/when it reaches the physical drive after uploading to my https://files.mycloud.com/ account

If you’re running OS 5, the correct website is mycloud.com
