Copying files from my cloud home to other USB

Hi I have a my cloud home I was able to copy the files from USB to my cloud USB easily using the app.

But what is the best method to copy the files back to USB from the my cloud home.

I am fully confused here because I can’t do this using the my cloud app.

Help me on this thank you

The my cloud home does not support exporting to USB. As a work around you can connect the USB drive to a computer where you have the WD Discovery software installed. WD Discovery will mount the My Cloud Home as a drive on the computer. Then you can just drag and drop the data from the my cloud home to the USB drive.
