I have just purchased a my cloud home 3tb and I have copied some files to it via windows explorer. How do I copy files from the my cloud home to and attached usb device. I seem only be able to move the files however I wish to have the files on both the my cloud home and the usb attached flash drive.
The my cloud home currently only support import from USB. Export is not supported.
You can connect the USB device to the computer then use windows explorer to copy files from the my cloud home to the USB drive.
