Connecting via WD 2GO

I am trying to connect to my My Book Live  over the internet.  I get to the screen that shows my Shares without any trouble but when I click on one of the Shares to open I get the following message:

"execution failed: 1244

System error 1244 has occured.

The operation being requested was not performed because the user has not been authenitcated"

Anyone any ideas how to fix this please?

You can try resetting your My Book Live.  There may be a firewall in your router that may be blocking the Internet access to the MBL, you may try from another router to compare.
