Sharing Link not Working on My Book Live

When sharing a File or a Folder from y My Book Live, the browser always tells cannot connect to ‘‘mybook.deviceXXXXXXX.wd2go.com’’. However, certainly I can acces remotely via WD My Cloud and also through browser via ‘‘My Cloud OS3 End of Service | Western Digital’’.

I’ve got open ports 80 and 443 at the router addressed to static IP of My Book Live.

Using:
Firmware My Book Live
Version: MyBookLive 02.43.10-0048 : Core F/W
Last Update: 7th July 2015

Any clue what could be wrong?. Thanks in a advance.

Have you tried resetting the unit? or please try disabling the remote access and enable that again.
