Getting error 1244 when trying to access MBL via wd2go

When I log into the MBL to view share, the screen shows up error 1244…Can anyone give me a hand to fix it…

Hi there, does this happen with other shares if you try to access them through wd2go.com? Also does the same happen with the WD MyCloud application?

The error happened for all shares in MBL .

The error screen is pop out when I want to click icon " + open in explorer " …
