I changed my internet provider, Anyone know how to connect mycloud to the new wifi without loosing all my data?
The My Cloud does not connect using WiFi, it connects using an Ethernet port. You will NOT loose any data when you change internet providers. Just connect the My Cloud to the new internet provider’s equipment/router and attempt to access the My Cloud as you previously did.
In certain rare instances one may have to perform a 40 second reset if they have trouble accessing the My Cloud after moving to a new broadband provider.
