Cloud sign in shows Error Code: 1002

I tried to login in WD My cloudex2 ultra (OS5 and new firmware 5.23.114)
The ‘updating process’ shows “Something went wrong, please check that you have an active Internet connection and try again.” this error.

I checked internet connected and everything I can but did not work.

(Error Code: 1002)

Anyone got this error and found any solution for this ?
