1002 - No Internet Connection

Hello everyone,

I want to access my MyCloudEX2Ultra via the internet. Access from my network works, access via the mobile app or browser from outside the network should the server but couldn’t access it.

I accessed it directly and cloud connectivity is not activated. When activating it, I get the error message 1002 “Something went wrong - look for an internet connection”.

I tried to create access option within my fritzboy 7590 AX (recommended online).

HTTP - TCP - 80

HTTPS - TCP - 443

MyCloud - TCP - 8443

Still the same error message - anyone able to help me? I have very little technical knowledge.

Do you have OS5, and have you looked at the OS5 Online User Manual?

You need to change the DNS server or configure a static IP address in your device’s network settings.
