Hi, I’m having trouble to clean duplicate files, photos from my WD cloud mirror. I have ‘photos duplicate cleaner’ installed on my macbook air and it works fine. it identifies all duplicates on the WD cloud BUT… when I click ‘clean/delete’ marked duplicates i get the message that they were cleaned/deleted HOWEVER when I go into the WD cloud floder to check they are STILL THERE! does anyone have a good solution/app for actually deleting duplicate photos / files?

Do you have the unit set on a RAID configuration?
Are you using any backup software that might be saving multiple versions of the files?
i’m doing it manually… because i use various files… for various applications, but now i need to clean up my drives
