Changing my account email address

Hi, I can’t see how to change the login email address for my MyCloud account - can anyone help please?

What email address did you use to set up your account?

1. You may want to watch these videos. Video Tutorials | WD Support

2. Contact support.

3. Reset your My Cloud and start over being sure you use the Email address you prefer.

Will resetting it delete the contents on it?

A 4 second reset or 40 second system restore does not delete the user files on the My Cloud. See the following link for more information:
