Changing my account email address

Hi, I can’t see how to change the login email address for my MyCloud account - can anyone help please?

What email address did you use to set up your account?

  2. Contact support.

  3. Reset your My Cloud and start over being sure you use the Email address you prefer.

Look at the User Manual for your version of My Cloud. Be sure to scroll down to find the links to the User Manuals.

Thank you. Will resetting it delete the contents on it?

A 4 second reset or 40 second system restore does not delete the user files on the My Cloud. See the following link for more information:
