I haven’t used my “4Tb WD My Cloud” since I upgraded to Win-10. I can access the files on a mapped drive but I can’t get into the dashboard to update the firmware. I tried to get in via the “Desktop Dashboard” software and disabled my Kaspersky anti-virus and firewall - no success. I want to set up a few more devices on it but now its almost useless - (I DON’T want to throw it on the tip !!!)
OK, I’ve somehow rectified the problem by doing a lot of the Windows-10 “tweaks” on various posts from other guys.
