Hi there guys, new to the forum - I have an odd issue.
I bought my 1TB WD external hard drive (My Book Essential) last summer and it’s been working great until now.
On my desktop, I can transfer files from HD —> Desktop, but I can’t go Desktop —> HD
But on my laptop, both of these operations function properly.
Any ideas on how to fix this? Is there an issue with my USB stack on my PC? I’ve tried doing some research
and have gotten no solution.
Any help would be appreciated thanks!
