hello,

newly purcjhased, plugged into HP Win 7 PC.  it showed in the my computer tree. , however, i am unable to transfer files from another portable HD all together.  icould do one file at a time but they were showing as unrecognised files…Sorry if this has been covered, i could not find .

How are you transferring the files from one drive to another? are you using copy/paste or using a software?
