Can't map drive

Hi all

I have just brought a WD Cloud e4 Ultra and added my own hard drive, after setting everything up everything appered to be working fine, I had to unplug the drive and when I plugged it back in after booting up it’s showing in my network tab and everything seems to be working fine on the web interace but I can no longer map the folders, when I try to map the drive it keeps saying it can’t be detected even though it’s showing. I am definitley connected to the same network. Could anyone offer any advice. Thank you

your IP address probably changed after the power cycle. I just went to the same thing and noticed that the last two digits of the IP address of my NAS box was different. I had to remap using the new IP address and all worked again
