Can't Map EX2 Ultra

After the latest firmware update, I can no longer MAP my EX2. I can still use WD Access to Open the files on the HD. But, I liked the ability to Map a drive so that it showed up as a drive on my PC.

Any help will be very much appreciated.

Hi hawkeye62,

Just try to map the drive using IP Address of the My Cloud.

For ex- \192.168.1.10\Name of the share

Thanks for your reply. If I try to map using File Explorer it fails with a message that Windows can’t find the IP. If I try to map using WD Access, nothing happens, no error message, nothing.
