i cant find it anywere on my computer and it dosent show that it is connected. the light flashes non stop. i seen were you told sombody else to try a different usb cord and plug into a wall outlet. i tried that and tried it on multiple computers and same results
If the drive is still under waranty contact WD they’ll probably send you a new power supply to try.
