Ever since I got my external drive was OK.But few days ago it went of my computer and since I can,t connece it or it does not show itself on the “my computer”.I can see everything when connected to TV.I changed usb cable but nothing happened.When discconect and reconnect power it runs for 4-5sec and stops??
Check if the drive appears on disk management
did you try different computers? What OS?
