I am trying to connect my My Passport Wireless Pro to my Macbook Pro with the provided USB cable - per Chapter 7, p. 27 of user manual. It has been connected for 15+ minutes and still the blue light blinks and nothing shows up in the Finder. How do I attach this device???
It was not powered on when you connected it, right?
it was. should I power off, connect, and power on?
power off (no blue lights), connect via USB cable, blue light for drive (not wireless) starts blinking, no connection in Finder
