I have 2 pc and 2 laptops with win10 and my passport wirless pro cant connect to any of them thru USB, i tried to downloading new drivers, rebooting etc. Before it was ok, i got like 1tb on him. I can connect thru WIFI.
Check your cable. Have you try with a different cable?
