"Can't connect to WDMyCloud" - I'm going mad!

Had the drive for a few months but unable to connect to mycloud.com, getting the above error. Tried the suggested fixes including security certificates but nothing. Can anyone help me please? Many thanks in advance.

Did you try to sign in from another web browser? And what is the error message you got after accepting the certificates error?

Updated the firmware, turned the DLNA service off and rebooted the mycloud, looks OK now. Thanks for your email. I think there was also an issue with firewalls as trying from a different browser on a different PC also worked.
