Cant cd in ftp

On my EX4100 I set up ftp access in settings, then allowed it in my share. I set anonymous to NONE. I then created a directory (via windows explorer) in the share called FTP.

I can log in OK but cant CD to FTP once Im logged in. It says 553 User not allow

Any tips appreciated.
