Can't access to My Cloud EX2100 from W10 after OS5 upgrade

Today the My Cloud EX2100 unit was updated to OS5 (v5.12.108).
The update went smoothly and didn’t throw any errors. When the drive rebooted I tried to access the mapped drives from my Windows 10 networked PC and it won’t let me do access them anymore.

When I try to map the network drive to the NAS share, I get the Windows security popup that says that my Password is incorrect.

I verified the users, passwords, permissions, etc. and it still giving the “The user name or password is incorrect”

I need to recover the access to my files. This is critic and very big issue!

Yes. It was an upGRADE from OS3 to OS5.

Now I also noted the NAS it’s still “indexing…”. Ten (10) hours until now and it’s at 12%

10 hours at 12% - - - - - sounds typical time for the “indexing” process.

If you want to speed that up. . . . .disable cloud access for any user share that you don’t need to access with WD web and WD phone apps.
