Hi, after updating to OS5 I cant access my cloud files localy from Windows 10. I have mapped drive for it but now its not working.

I have the same problem. On my NAS I have two users and with one users I can’t access the mapped drive share in windows anymore.

The following article will help remap the drives if you have recreated the local NAS user and password.
Basically disconnect and remap the drives.

any updates yet I run firmware 5.16.105 with windows 10 pro… cannot log in using user credentials made on ex2 ultra.

I can access public shared files…
