Can't access my shares

I experience a strange problem with my My Book Live 3TB (latest Firmware).
I have set up the default public share and another share. Both for web-access and mobile acces I set up accounts. There is only one user (admin).

I can access all my shares when using the WD My Cloud software on Windows 10. When I try to access the My Book using mycloud.com or the android app My Cloud I can only see the default public share, but not my other share.

Remote access is activated, I also ran the diagnose test and port forwarding is enabled.
According to the users list my user should have access to both shares.

I really don’t know why I can’t access this share. Please help me, all ideas are welcome! Thanx!

Are you able to create a new share to test that?

What firmware version are you running on the unit?

MyBookLive 02.43.10-048 : Core F/W

New shares appear.
