Can't acces private shares over PC. Everything fine with the app

Hello,

I can’t acces private shares on my Windows 10 PC. I have no problems with the public shares, but once I turn it privat with only acces for the admin and owner, I can’t acces it anymore.
After I insert the name and password in windows, it prompts the error, that I don’t have access and that multible accesses on the server with the same user are not allowed.

Do I have to adjust the firewall or something like that? What is the problem?

Hello,

Try to access the private shares first, after you try this then try to access the public folder to see if this helps.

Thanks for your response. But sadly doesn’t help.

I tried to map a network drive. I did this already for the public shares. But it doesn’t work for the privat folder.
I already deleted all shares and tried it again.
I have no extra Firewall, or something like that. Ican’t explain this.
