Cannot get to my files

Hey guys,

so heres the issue, ive recently started to transfer so stuff from my 1tb WD to my 3tb WD (Externals). I finished transfering and safetly removed both drives. shut down my pc and relocated home. I then reconnected everything finding that my 1TB WD HD is still working, but my 3TB HD wont recognize in my computer. 

Troubleshooting:

The light on the front is constantly flashing.

Reinstalled all the drivers.

WD quick view shows the drive as “Drive discovering”

Manage/diskmanagement shows Unknown Drive not initialized, and gives an I/O Error

Does not show up in “My Computer”

Please help ! i will provide any more details needed

I/O error is basically related to a connections issue, most likely USB port on the computer or the cable it self.

Please change the cables and try a different USB port… Also make sure that you connect that to a wall socket
