My PC does show the files but doesn't copy or play file

Hello guys,

I have problem with my WD 1TR drive. When I connect it to my computer everything goes fine, but when I want to play or copy a file my computer stops. I don’t know what to do? I need your help.

How does the drive stop, does it give you an error when you try to copy to it or from it? Have you tried a different USB cable or port?
