Hello, my WD exteranal hard drive wil not play some files I downloaded. it plays all other shows/files ect. it says" unable to play selected files. please see the user manual for list of supported file format".
I am new to all this, is there a program I can down load that will allow my WD to play this one file? it plays with VCL on my latop, would be most grateful for any help, this file took two days to download. Thank You.
The hard drive itself doesn’t “play” files; your computer is the one doing the job. If you open an MP3 song for exmaple, the program in your computer that handles MP3 files will open. Same for pictures and videos.
