Hi folks, I am newbie with the ex HDs. So I am looking for some guidance.
When I plug my WD Ex 2tb HD into my PC I cannot see the Drive anywhere.
The little light comes on in the actual HD but it appears the PC is not recognising the HD.
I have tried it on my media drive and all my files are there and working.
Has anyone got any suggestions?

Try using another USB port, also avoid using USB extension cables and USB hubs. Check the link below to see if it is recognized on the disk management window.
