Hello I have this external HD and when I connect it to my computer running windows 10 i can not access it. It shows in device manager but not as a letter drive. I connected it also to my other computer running windows 7, and I get the same thing. It light up blue and everthing but I can not explore it. Help please. thank you

Try to go to disk management to see if this way you can check if the drive is actually found by the computer. You can go to disk management by right clicking on this PC or Computer on Windows 7, then going to the manage section.
Hi ArMak I tried that and it shows unknown usb device. Im doing this on windows 10.
