Cannot connect - Why?

Error says my device is full. I try to connect to view data and can’t. Why?? The images provided show my screenshots after re-entering email and PW and re-booting computer several times. I have selected “yes” at the certificate prompt. I can’t get firmware version because I can’t connect to device.

Are you attempting to access the My Cloud from a remote location or on the local network?

If on the local network you can access the My Cloud Dashboard to see the firmware version. If on the local network one can use Windows File Explorer or Mac Finder for access.
